Just had a very good experience using Marvel Appliances Service! They were very fast and efficient, and very friendly. Would definitely use them again!

I called these guys when my washer broke down. It can be a challenge to find honest repair services in the city. They were able to come out quickly (I called in the evening, they were available the next day). They arrived early in the time frame. They put my machine through a service – approximately 45 minutes worth of work. It was able to be fixed without parts and they charged me a very reasonable rate. Very satisfied. Will recommend them in the future to others and won’t hesitate to call if I need them again.

In addition to being honest & friendly, Lazaro is a great technician. He came the same day we called him and fixed our A/C quickly and replaced another wire which would have been a problem down the line. I will definitely be recommending him to other clients. Excellent service.

Let me start out by saying that i called about 10 different companies and this one catered to my needs and was the most reasonable in pricing. Marvel Appliance came over to my house today to repair my fridge. Had my appointment at 1:30 pm today and he showed up at 1:20 pm. Right on time! My fridge wasn’t making any ice. Lazaro told me what he needed to do in order for it to work. It took him about 30 mins for it to be working again. Hes very clean while he is working and cleans up after himself. He was very honest and his pricing was really good. He is very respectful and explains what he had to do. I recommend this company to anyone who wants great pricing, honest and great quality work on any type of appliance you may need to repair. Great experience

I would like to begin with how please I am with the timing and customer service of this company. I called and needed an appliance company who would respond right away and not only did Lazaro come the same day on time but was able to explain why my stove was working and not my oven. He goes into detail and explains the issue as well as how the repair will be done….. I’m also very pleased with the pricing….. They came out and told me exactly what the problem was. Unfortunately there was no way to fix it. But the technician was very patient with me and understanding and even offered temporary solutions. When I need them I will call them again. They are honest and reasonably priced.
